Welcome to Arthé. We are pleased to offer our hair services to you. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use:

1.APPOINTMENTS

a) You can book an appointment with us by phone, email or through our online booking system.

b) We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

c) If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

2. SERVICES

a) Our hair services are provided by experienced and qualified hairdressers.

b) We offer a range of hair services, including but not limited to cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments.

c) We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and safety of our staff or other customers.

3. PAYMENT

a) Payment for hair services is due at the time of service.

b) We accept cash and all major credit cards.

c) All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. GIFT VOUCHERS

a) Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed for hair services only.

b) Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

c) Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

a) We collect personal information from you in order to provide hair services and to keep you informed of special offers and promotions.

b) Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.

c) By using our services, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

b) We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property while on our premises.

c) We are not liable for any injury, damage or loss that occurs as a result of the use of our hair services, except where such injury, damage or loss is caused by our negligence.

b) Any dispute arising from these terms of use will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Australia.
