What is a Head Spa?

A Head Spa is a holistic treatment that focuses on the health and well-being of your scalp and hair. It involves a combination of deep cleansing, moisturising, and massaging techniques designed to improve scalp circulation, promote relaxation, and enhance the overall condition of your hair.

Using only the finest Korean products, our Head Spa provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

  • We will start by analysing the scalp's condition and health so we are better able to personalise the Treatments to suit your Scalp's needs.

    First we will examine the scalp visually to observe its overall appearance, colour, texture, and any visible signs of issues like redness, flakes, or sores.

    Then we will do a physical examination by gently touching and feeling the scalp to assess its texture, elasticity, and moisture level. This will help in identifying dry patches, oily areas, or areas with poor circulation.

    Lastly we will examine the scalp with a microscope which allows for a more detailed view of the hair follicles, sebaceous glands, and any potential scalp conditions.

    A few questions will be asked in regard to your colour and chemical history as well as what products you use at home and any allergies you may have.

    Based on the findings from the scalp analysis we will provide personalised treatments that can address specific scalp concerns.

  • After analysing the scalp we will start the Scalp Scaling.

    While relaxing in our Spa Chair we will apply the Scaling solution which will remove dead skin, excess oil, and product buildup from the scalp.

    Scalp Scaling helps unclog the hair follicles, improves circulation, and helps with itching and hair loss.

    Our Scalp Scaling Solution has Lavender and Peppermint Oil for a calming experience, Niacinamide to soothe the scalp, and Shea Butter to reduce inflammation and provide moisture.

    A clean scalp promotes healthy hair growth, prevents irritation, balances oil production, and prepares the Scalp for further Treatments.

  • Once the scalp is prepped we will begin the application of your personalised Treatment Plan.

    With multiple products available to treat a wide range of issues your scalp may be dealing with, there’s a treatment for everyone!

    We will apply your personalised Treatments at the Basin followed by a Scalp Massage to boost circulation and promote hair growth.

    Depending on your Treatment Plan we may recommend a few take home products to further aid in your scalp rejuvenation!

The Monthly Service MUST be used during the month and cannot be rescheduled to another month UNLESS you purchase a CUSTOM Package in store with your Spa Technician
