Cancellation Policy

As a client to our salon, we are required to inform you of our cancellation policy.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment 48hrs prior to your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48hrs of your appointment, you will have a 50% service charge added to your account that will be paid on your next appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged the full amount of your service and it will be paid on your next appointment.

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Cancellations within 2 days or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the booking.
